The Assignment: Renovating the concrete stairs in one of the largest stadiums in the Netherlands.
The Challenge: Time pressure was the biggest enemy. Between matches and events, 12,000 steps had to be cleaned, repaired, and coated. In addition, the coating had to be extremely wear-resistant (Heavy Duty) and meet the highest safety requirements regarding slip resistance (R12/R13 Anti-slip).
The Result: A sleek, safe, and durable staircase that can withstand millions of footsteps for years to come.
Transforming a giant, boring wall into the absolute centerpiece of the room using a life-size, seamless photo wall (mural/sticker wallpaper). With a wall-filling image of this size, absolute perfection is required: every millimeter of deviation, every speck of dust, or every tiny air bubble ruins the complete design and illusion.
Success starts at the base. We first made the bare wall 100% sleek, smooth, and dust-free, followed by a special primer to guarantee perfect adhesion. Then the heavy, self-adhesive wall textile was applied seamlessly, strip by strip, using laser alignment and utmost precision, and professionally smoothed out.
Result: A breathtaking, super sleek design wall that instantly and totally changes the atmosphere in the room.
Technique: Deep cleaning, Priming, Laser alignment, Bubble-free application of heavy wall textile.
Machines were heavily contaminated with oil and the paint layer was affected. Disassembling parts was technically impossible, which ruled out spraying with mist risk.
Extremely thorough manual degreasing. Subsequently, traditional painting (rolling and brushing) was chosen to work accurately around the fixed parts without overspray.
Precision handwork, Brush & Roller, High-Solid industrial paint.
Height and accessibility. The silo showed traces of oxidation. Safety and the environment were paramount in this outdoor project.
Use of an aerial platform. The silo was treated with a rust-preventive primer and a coating resistant to UV radiation and weather influences.
Aerial platform, High-pressure cleaning, Application at heights.
Outsides of loading docks were discolored by the sun. We restored these to the original color for a uniform appearance.
Inner doors get damaged by internal transport. We repair scratches and apply a strong coating that can take a beating again.
Sanding, Masking, Coating (Cost saving compared to replacement).
The building had an outdated look. The assignment was to give the building a modern look without constructive modifications.
Cleaning and recoating the metal facade panels (corrugated sheets). Use of a coating that remains flexible with temperature changes.
Increase in value of the real estate and protection against acid rain.
The paint showed blistering and was peeling off. This indicated underlying moisture problems and poor adhesion of the old layer.
We stripped the frames down to the healthy wood. Wood rot was removed and professionally repaired.
A new paint system was built up from the primer to the topcoat, for years of protection.
The old floor was cracked and polluted. Cracks in concrete can lead to leaks and concrete rot.
Removal of old layers, repair of the substrate, and the application of a new, seamless finish layer.
A waterproof floor that protects the concrete and looks sleek.
Application of floor line marking (tapes/coating) according to plan for pallet places and walking routes.
To not disturb production, we adapted our working hours to the client's schedule (after 14:00 and on weekends).
A clear warehouse that meets safety requirements.
A small, outdated space that was not functional. The desire was a complete transformation from a bare shell to a luxury finish.
Everything was removed down to the bare brick. We re-leveled the floor, relocated pipes and electricity (new sockets and lighting), tiled, and finished it sleekly.
